Background

The younger of the St. Pierre brothers, Greg was also born and raised in Charleston/Mt. Pleasant. He was eight years old when he and Jeff started their first business. Greg manages the details of building: meeting with clients, reviewing plans, and preparing estimates/ billing are his primary office responsibilities. Also a highly skilled craftsman and carpenter, Greg prefers to be out in the construction environment. His established relationships with skilled, knowledgeable construction professionals contribute to his strong customer relationships. He believes frequent, effective communication and feedback help prevent miscommunication and concerns that arise. Keeping clients informed in the process gives them ownership of their project. Greg provides efficient detail-oriented communication and responsive action to generate an enjoyable experience.

When not working, Greg enjoys relaxing in the Lowcountry, spending time with his wife and children, and also enjoys camping and fishing.
