Greg St. Pierre
Owner
A highly skilled craftsman, carpenter, and entrepreneur, Greg manages the details of the construction process, including meeting with clients, reviewing plans, and preparing estimates.
Greg was born in Charleston and raised in Mt. Pleasant and started his first business, a landscaping company, with his older brother Jeff before he was a teenager. This early experience taught him the values of clear communication and customer service.
Reflecting his passion for the construction environment, his long-term relationships with local skilled, knowledgeable construction professionals contribute to his strong customer relationships.
Greg believes frequent, detailed communication and feedback help alleviate concerns that may arise during construction. Keeping clients informed prevents miscommunication and gives each client ownership of their project. Greg’s effective communication and responsive action create an enjoyable experience for the whole team.
When not working, Greg loves relaxing in the Lowcountry while spending time with his wife and children. He also enjoys camping and fishing.
Jeff St. Pierre
Owner
Born in Charleston and raised in Mt. Pleasant, Jeff was an entrepreneur from a young age, when he launched a landscaping business with his brother Greg, learning customer service skills and gaining hands-on experience.
A highly experienced carpenter committed to quality craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail, Jeff is a respected leader on job sites and in the local construction industry. With his eye for detail, Jeff manages all aspects of project demolition and site preparation, collaborates with and monitors crews, and maintains all the details behind the scenes.
He expertly organizes and schedules projects, aligning crews and jobs to keep work on schedule. Knowing his team’s abilities, Jeff ensures all work proceeds smoothly and meets or exceeds St. Pierre Construction’s rigorous expectations.
When not working, Jeff enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time hunting in the woods, and all that living on the coast provides.
Robert Gannon
Project Manager
Originally from McClellanville, S.C., Rob began his career in construction while attending the College of Charleston.
Working side-by-side with Jeff and Greg, Rob is a 22+ year veteran of the St. Pierre Construction team. After demonstrating his leadership skills, drive, and attention to detail, Rob was promoted to crew foreman after only two years on the team.
As foreman, he enjoys working alongside his crews. Rob appreciates the craftsmanship of carpentry and making things by hand and always enjoys seeing the finished product of every project.
When not working, Rob enjoys the Lowcountry lifestyle. He likes to hook up the camper to explore the region and spend quality time with his wife and children.
Amanda Daniels
Office Manager
Amanda has worked in the residential construction industry for more than a dozen years, managing finance, accounting, job budgets, and analyses.
She enjoys working with clients, subcontractors, and financial institutions to ensure projects stay on budget and are managed efficiently and transparently.
Amanda is an exceptional leader on the St. Pierre Construction team, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills. She’s a graduate of the University of South Carolina and has lived in the Charleston area for the last 27 years.
Amanda loves to travel, spend time in her garden, and enjoy the wonders of the Lowcountry with family and friends.
Phil Brooks
Project Manager
With more than 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, Phil does more than coordinate the building process.
As a project manager for St. Pierre Construction, he’s driven and innovative, always finding new ways to work with our team. He’s adept at recognizing and embracing each client’s vision to deliver the homes of their dreams.
When he’s not on a job site, Phil can be found hunting and enjoying live music with family and friends.
Sarah Miles
Selections/Design Coordinator
A native of South Carolina and graduate of the College of Charleston, Sarah has worked in the construction industry since 2008, gaining experience in both large- and small-scale residential and commercial project management.
Sarah’s focus is collaborating with architects, interior designers, and our project management team to guide clients through the process of all their custom home selections.
When not working, Sarah loves spending time with family and friends and enjoying the Lowcountry lifestyle.
Justin Sams
Preconstruction & Project Manager
Justin’s construction knowledge runs deep. Growing up in a construction family, he spent his summers working on a variety of commercial construction projects for his family. Justin has been a fixture of the Charleston area residential construction industry since 2016 and joined St. Pierre Construction in 2020.
As a preconstruction and project manager, Justin’s focus is on estimating and overseeing the preconstruction process. He aims to provide a smooth construction process for each project, managing crews, schedules, and details to ensure the team delivers a superior home.
Originally from Florida, Justin moved to the Charleston area in 2012 and lives in the Mt. Pleasant area with his wife and children. When he’s not working, Justin enjoys time outside with family and friends, fishing and playing golf.
Kyle Henderson
Project Manager
Kyle has been with St. Pierre Construction since 2014. A native of South Carolina, Kyle was born and raised east of the Cooper River and received a degree in construction management from Trident Technical College
As a project manager, Kyle manages the day-to-day project details, ensuring crews, schedules, and quality are up to St. Pierre’s high standards.
A loving father to three children, Kyle enjoys Lowcountry living and all it has to offer.
